Meet Lane
Lane Koch | Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Lane Koch is an award-winning political and government affairs strategist with nearly two decades of professional experience in political management, spanning city council races to national presidential campaigns. She has worked on four presidential campaigns and over 70 campaigns total across 28 states, along with government and public affairs advocacy projects on a wide variety of policy issues, including defense, healthcare, first amendment issues, technology, and manufacturing.
Lane is often asked, "How did you get your start in politics?" Lane's maternal grandfather was a pastor and published author, and her paternal grandmother was also a published author, Bible College founder, and teacher. She grew up in a family that enjoyed deep talks around the dinner table about religion, philosophy, history, and politics. Lane's father especially planted the seed of being civically involved—not being a political bystander. He took her to vote with him, to campaigning offices to make voter contact calls, to deliver yard signs, to knock doors, and to the fun part: attend election night watch parties. By middle school, Lane was volunteering on political campaigns and serving on her Student Council. It was learning about abortion that really drew Lane to a career in advocacy. Saddened by the reality, Lane took her political involvement on herself, determined to get pro-life candidates elected to office.
Today, Lane is a respected leader nationally for her expertise in grassroots mobilization, candidate ballot access, political management, and strategic communications. She excels in high-pressure environments, delivering results with sharp analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. She is adept at distilling complex political and policy issues into clear, impactful messaging and strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and result in winning campaigns and legislative agendas.
Throughout her career, Lane has gained valuable experience managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously. She attributes her success in leadership to her dedication to making a positive impact on the people she works with and to her ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
Lane's extensive experience, classical training, and charismatic demeanor position her as a sought-after speaker at numerous events, where she imparts best practices for running for office and offers invaluable campaigning tips to political professionals and candidates. Lane is frequently approached to share her insights as a political commentator and writer, delivering incisive analysis across various media platforms such as TV, podcasts, and radio. Lane's professional writing has been published in InsideSources, America's Future, The Missouri Times, and many more, with syndication in widely read outlets such as the Waco Tribune-Herald, Journal-Courier, and West Virginia Gazette-Mail.
Lane graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Political Science and will soon complete her Masters in Political Management from The George Washington University. She has also completed the Republican National Committee’s campaign management training programs and earned a Certificate in Planning and Zoning from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
A fifth-generation Missourian, Lane calls Chesterfield, Missouri, home. In April 2025, Lane was elected and sworn in to represent Ward 3 on the Chesterfield City Council, where she serves on the Planning & Public Works Committee and the Public Health & Safety Committee.
